TNA Lite is an easy to use time & attendance software package designed to save you time & money by removing the manual process involved with completing your weekly payroll.

Our team are specialists with over 15 years experience implementing time & attendance systems. Employee time collection, automated company rule interpretation and direct import into payroll eliminates your weekly manual data entry. TNA Lite will calculate all your company rules including overtime, leave and allowances.

Shipping and processing charges

For all orders delivered in Australian under $2000 we charge a handling & delivery fee of $ 15 and $15 for every subsequent $2000 or part thereof up to $9999. The handling & delivery charge is free for all orders over $10,000.

Shipping Policy

Our warehouse is fully stocked with all the items on this site (quantities based on our order history) and orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation, however depending on your location some may take up to 10 days to arrive. We use Australia Post as our primary shipping contractor with signature verified delivery. All goods shipped are fully insured for loss or damage during delivery.

If for unforseen demand we are out of stock of the ordered items, we will notify you within 2 business days with the estimated arrival date. You will either have the option of a full refund or to proceed with order and have the order shipped when the items arrive into our warehouse.

Orders form outside Australia

If you live outside Australia we can ship to you but GST is not payable and delivery charges will be higher. We do not take credit card orders from customers outside Australia but will ship when the payment is deposited into our bank account.

Faulty goods

Most of our products carry a 12 moth warranty. If the fault is with the supplied unit, we will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

We will confirm your order shortly after it is placed. We then send your order to be dispatched. We aim for 1 working day; however, some orders may take up to 10 days to arrive. All orders are subject to availability.

Returns

In the event of a customer wishing to return any goods or services to TNAlite.com.au as bought on this site, TNAlite.com.au will only accept such products if they are returned within 30 days, are of a quality that can be on-sold as if new and such acceptance by TNAlite.com.au shall only raise a credit available for exchange on other goods or services provided by TNAlite.com.au . You must pay the postage of such returns.
