Real Time Clockings
TNA4 operates in a multi tasking environment to produce real time clockings. This gives the wage office immediate access to employees’ attendance status and daily clocking exceptions. As a result TNA4 offers greater speed and flexibility in the processing of employee clockings and in the generation of exact time worked.
Shift Versatility
TNA4 caters for sophisticated shift definition. It provides the functionality of automatic shift recognition, in the event that certain employees work a variety of shifts over a set period. TNA4 configuration ability allows for 100% of your rules being configured. We say if you can write the rule down on a piece of paper then the rule can be written.
